Brian Kennedy, chemistry teacher and director of the Chemical Analysis and Nanochemistry Research Laboratory, has been recognized by the American Chemical Society as the 2018 recipient of the James Bryant Conant Award in High School Chemistry Teaching, sponsored by the Journal of Chemical Education and ChemEd X.   He will be honored March 20 at the ACS national meeting in New Orleans. TJHSST is a Fairfax County public school.
