Families will find valuable information whether their child is going to return to in-person learning or remain virtual. Please check back with this page often as it will be constantly updated with the latest information.
Q&A with Dr. Bonitatibus
We understand that this is a lot of information and that you might still have some questions. Dr. Bonitatibus is going to hold a virtual Q&A session this Tuesday, Feb. 23 from 7-8 p.m. A link to the livestream will be sent out to all parents and guardians on that day. While there will be opportunities for drop-in questions, we have created this Google Form for you to input your question ahead of time and ensure that it gets answered.
Health Screening Commitment Form
Parents/guardians who chose in-school instruction for their child will be required to complete a Parent/Guardian Health Screening Commitment form as students are phased back into in-person learning.
The document indicates the parental/guardian’s agreement and commitment to completing a daily health screening prior to sending the student to school and also to keep ill students at home. These health screenings will be done on an honor basis and will not be required to be submitted to the school each day.
