8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Who

Currently enrolled TJHSST students and incoming freshmen/froshmores.

NOTE: Incoming freshmen may not register for TJ Summer School until they register for TJ at Freshman Registration Night.

Tuition

Full-year course: $820

Half-year course: $420

Reduced Fees are available for students/families eligible for Free & Reduced lunches and will be applied at the time of registration automatically.

Transportation

Full-year course: $272

Half-year course: $136

You will receive details of bus pick-up and drop-off locations/times in a separate correspondence.

All students are expected to provide their own transportation to a boarding site in Fairfax County and will need to indicate the boarding site when registering for transportation.

Refunds

Refunds are handled online through ACE.

Attendance Requirement

Students are required to attend class daily for the duration of the entire course.

Attendance is mandatory to receive credit.

  • Students taking full-year classes will be automatically withdrawn if they are absent for more than 2 days (780 minutes), for any reason.

  • Students taking semester courses (see above) will be automatically withdrawn if they are absent for more than 1 day (390 minutes), for any reason.

  • Attendance is recorded to the minute and all absences/tardies are cumulative.

Registration

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration is online only through ACE, March 5 - April 27. No other types of registration will be accepted.

  • Session 2: July 9 - 13
  • Session 3: July 16 - 20
  • Session 4: July 23 - 27
Hours 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Registration

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. When a course is full, then registration is closed for that course.

Registration is online only through ACE, March 5 - April 27. No other types of registration will be accepted.
